Well - it's been a few days since I've updated last. It was kind of a rough week, so I had a couple of rough days of eating. I promised myself I would get on the bandwagon again. As of this afternoon, I weighed 254.9 pounds - down a bit from my original weight, but I sabotaged that by cramming my face full of chocolate goldfish crackers.
I'm coming to find out more and more that I'm a stress eater - a habit that I NEED to break sooner rather than later. The wife and I have become frustrated that we're not seeing a huge weight loss, but we reminded ourselves that it's only been a little over a week. We both agreed that we would try the diet HARD for 30 days, and if we didn't see any significant improvement in our weight, we would go another route. On the plus side, my jeans have been falling down for the past 2 days... weird... :)
